Personal data we collect, and why
Contact forms and e-mail correspondence
If and when we ask you to fill out a contact form (for example, when registering to one of our events) we also ask you to consent our using your data. If you receive mailings that are of no interest to you, you can easily unregister your contact information via the link in the e-mail
In connection with events and other activities we collect the participants’ personal data to administrate reservations, event planning and (in some cases) financial reports.
Personal data and third parties
The Mälardalen Energy Agency does not share or disclose your personal data to any third parties, except for our financiers. In some cases, we send participation lists as a mandatory part of the financial reports of certain event or projects. Our financiers do not share or disclose your personal data to any third party.
You can at any time request a record of your personal data listed in our organisation, and have that data edited or removed entirely. However, any data that we are obliged to keep on record for administrative, legal or safety reasons is exempt from removal.
